There will be food on site with further details as we get closer. The motel books the food but it will probably be either Pizza, Mexican or Asian food trucks.

Casual af. Probably just shower and spritz a lil cologne? Maybe idk. Come as you are.

This wedding will be outside and inside, upstate New York during September, so we can anticipate cool summer weather conditions. Bringing a wrap or light jacket may be a good idea for those who get cold often.
Ultimately, we want you to be comfortable and feel confident! If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
Chill Vibes
We have always wanted to have an untraditional, backyard wedding. There will be no scheduled dances, bridal or groom parties, etc. We want everyone to enjoy the property, mingle, and have fun!
Cannabis and cigars will be provided and acceptable to enjoy at our wedding. Smoking of any kind must be in any of the designated outdoor smoking areas.
Food
A grazing table will be in the backyard area, with cheeses and other charcuterie foods.
The main meal will be wood fired pizza brought to you by It’s a Pizza. Seasonal ingredients, made fresh on site!
Dessert will include an array of traditional sweet options, from cake, to cookies, etc.
All dietary restrictions will be accommodated. If there is anything specific we need to know, reach out!

The Starlite Motel
The Starlite Motel is a renovated 1960’s motor lodge located at the foot of the Catskills in the Hudson Valley.
There are only 16 rooms available and we have 1 of them already :p. Additionally, there is 1 house on site capable of holding 3 couples, first come first serve.
*All rooms are a 2 night minimum (Fri + Sat)

As a reminder, there is NO rideshare (Uber, Lyft) in the area so if you are choosing this option please make sure you have reliable transportation ahead of time.
Transportation
Shuttle Buses
We have booked shuttles from each of our hotels to transport all guests to and from The Mod House.
Shuttles can hold 14 people at a time and will be making multiple trips to accommodate everyone. Pickup/Dropoff times will be sent via email as we get closer to the wedding.
It is extremely important for all our guests to know that Ellenville, NY is a rural area. Traditional ride share companies, like Lyft and Uber, are unreliable. The shuttles we booked will not deviate from the routes.

We understand that many of our guests are traveling out of state for this wedding, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the financial and time investment made to enjoy our special day with us.
While there are small airports nearby, LGA or JFK are your most reliable options to fly into. From there, you will need to rent a car to drive ~2 hours upstate to your hotel.
